FAQPage JSON-LD Template
Describe visible publisher-written questions and answers without implying current rich-result eligibility.
What this describes
Use FAQPage when a page contains questions and answers supplied by the publisher and visitors cannot submit competing answers. Use QAPage for a page centered on one question with user-submitted answers. Choose the type because it accurately describes the page, not to create a FAQ section for a hoped-for search display.

Customize it
- Keep each
Question.namealigned with the visible question. - Put the substantive visible answer in
acceptedAnswer.text; do not add hidden promotional claims. - Include only questions that belong to the same FAQ page.
- Update or remove markup when the visible answer changes or disappears.
- Do not use
FAQPagefor forums, product reviews, or pages where users contribute alternative answers.
Validate it
Use the live-page JSON-LD validation tutorial and test it with Schema.org Validator. Compare every question and answer with the rendered page. Do not use rich-result appearance as the success criterion for this template; check a current consumer’s documentation only when that feature is part of the implementation goal.
